‘Read and Feed’ program feeds body, mind

The Council Bluffs Community Education Foundation is giving children some food for thought this summer, as well as food.
The foundation has introduced a program called Read and Feed that provides books and two weekend meals to children attending Kids & Company. Any of the 200 children attending Kids & Company this summer who attend on Friday can participate.
